Joella was awesome! She found the sneakers my husband wanted online for us at another of their stores and even offered the same discount! Highly recommended her at the Lititz Pike store!

I came in to try on a few pairs of shoes. Jane grabbed a few pair brought them out to me. She recommend the Hokas. They were so comfortable that I bought them. Thank you Jane! I love them!

In this day and age it is rare to find this kind of customer service. Several sales people on the floor and no customers waiting. Jeanine waited on my hard-to-fit mother making several adjustments until she found just the right fit. Never felt rushed. Highly recommend.

I have purchased super high quality sneakers like Hoka and On Cloudrunner from them. Both times I dealt with an incredible employee by the name of Joella. She was very knowledgeable of the different sneakers I was looking at. Her customer service was top notch. I will be back again because of the beautiful store with amazing employees. Support small business !!!!Thanks !

Very chilled and relaxed store, I like taking my time and slowly walking around checking out each thing, sometimes I’ll take a couple minute break to just sit down on their nice comfy chairs! There’s a very sophisticated fancy foot scanner machine that I would have loved to try out, apparently it can tell me all types of things like my arch height & arch type as well as pressure distribution and gait patterns and tons of other stuff that I wouldn’t know what to make of the information - but it wasn’t working at the time. Anyway it’s a very “help reliant” store, meaning they don’t have every size in their showing, you’d need to ask an employee to get the sizes from the back that you think would fit, for each specific shoe style that you’re looking at, but they happen to be chilled as well and they don’t mind you asking them abt a million times for different shoe styles and sizes. Kul Tuv!
